Republican Sen. Mitch McConnelll said this in an interview with the National Journal's Major Garrett on Oct. 29, 2010: "The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president."
The Republicans' top goal is winning elections. NOT improving the economy, NOT balancing the budget, NOT making sure all Americans have affordable health coverage, NOT immigration reform, NOT keeping the country safe from terrorists.
Republican politicians hate Obama more than they love America.
If you love America you must hate Obama.
ReplyDeleteThanks for replying, but please explain why you hate him? If we hate Obama for his aggressive pursuit of the war on terror, must we also hate George W. Bush? If we hate Obama for health care plan, must we also hate Mitt Romney?
DeleteAs citizens, we need to remember--and demand that our elected representatives remember--that we can disagree without hating each other.
